The cylinder invertor system provides a cylinder mounting and draining arrangement ideal alongside either a standard jacket test system or as a one-stop solution for proof or non-jacket methods. The cylinder is mounted and secured in the cradle, filled with water then either lifted from the cradle into the test jacket or tested in-situ by the proof or nonjacket methods. Once pressure testing is complete the cylinder is simply rotated in the cradle via the large frame mounted bearing blocks and a two-handed handle arrangement to drain into the stainless steel drain tank or a suitable bund / floor grating drain system. The system is compatible with the new rapid cylinder drying system so drainage and drying can be conducted in one fast, efficient action to eliminate the possibility of flash rust during the drying process.
